We respect your privacy at phunQube; after all, we don't like people haranguing us! We will only carry out permission based email marketing and only undertake work from clients who recognise the ethical importance and value of privacy.

We do not knowingly involve ourselves in spamming activities. Furthermore, we only work on a permission based level, allowing all recipients to have the option to receive or refuse email correspondence at any time. All emails which we broadcast have an unsubscribe link and our client data lists are automatically updated as a result of this action.

In certain circumstances, where our clients' data is held in our possession, for utilisation in campaigns, we follow the strict guidelines of the Data Protection Act and therefore, at no time, are our clients in breach of these laws.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to brian@phunQube.com for review.

If you have received an email from a third party (our client) this privacy policy does not apply and you should seek their individual policy.
